The customer has probelms accessing the internet on the unlocked wildfire she purchased on Ebay. She followed the instructions but every time when she want to use the internet, she has to go through the steps from the instructions again.
Once the setting is set, it's always there and there will be no need to set it again. It might be the homepage of the browser is set to a telstra page which is showing service is unavailable because it's not using a telstra sim. You can simply change the homepage by opening the browser and press:
Menu -> settings -> set home page, and enter a page you know. e.g http://www.google.com
